Since long time, most people concerned about possible health risk from drinking coffee. The studies have shown that, coffee containing caffeine which acts as a stimulant. Because of it, people often drink coffee in the morning and when they feel tired, some enjoy the flavor of coffee with stimulation.
Coffee has both side of benefits and risks, when we drink it, we should know about the effects of coffee toward our body.

Beside of health benefits, laboratory studies give many comment that both regular and decaf coffee,who are heart burn or reflux, people with trouble sleeping, and also pregnant women, should be avoid or limit drinking coffee.
